PLACING AN ORDER:

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
When you place an order on moeiteloos.co.za, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order:
this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order.

If you did not make an online payment, you will be required to make an EFT payment, we do not accept cash payments.
Please use your Invoice number as your payment reference.
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE
If you are making a cash payment into our bank account a fee of R60.00 will be added to your invoice for the additional bank charges.
If you didn’t make a payment you do not have a valid order.
Orders placed without payment within 10 days will be considered cancelled.
Moeiteloos will only start manufacturing your order once the payment is reflecting in our bank.
If you want to pay a deposit, we can start with the digital designing of your order but your order will only be
manufactured and dispatched once full payment is received.
Place your order well in advance, our lead times can vary from 3 to 14 working days
** Rush Order Fee is applicable, if you want to helped quicker **
Prices on Moeiteloos.co.za does not include delivery fee, packaging fee or courier fee.

AFTER PAYMENT:

After you have made the payment into our bank account, Your order will be in the
digital production line, soon you will receive a digital layout on email or Whatsapp.
You are responsible to double check the spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors, placing, colour selection and size.
If there is images involved please make sure that you supplied a high resolution  image, we try to inform before production,
but we can’t always guarantee that a low resolution image will come out good.
When you approved your layout, you accept the terms & conditions stated with your layout.
Please make sure before just approving.

SHIPPING:

Pricing on Moeiteloos.co.za does not include courier, packaging or delivery fee.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or
force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
Items can be collected from our office in Generaal de Wet in Bloemfontein by arrangement.
We have a standard packaging and shipping rate for packages under 2kg higher rates will apply if your package is bigger or heavier.
We will not remanufacture orders damaged or lost by shipping carrier.
Packages are sent uninsured, additional insurance can be arranged with the courier company and
the additional fee will be for your own account.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

In the event where you want to arrange your own courier to collect, you will be charged a packaging fee.
Moeiteloos does not take responsibility if your parcel is not on time, Courier Guy may take 1-5 days to reach your destination.

ORDER TRACKING:

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update you with the tracking information.

RETURNS:

We do not accept returns, as most of the items are custom made.
